Mark F. McKenna
Mark has over 35 years of trial experience with a concentration in the area of Civil Litigation, including products liability, medical malpractice, nursing home negligence and personal injury litigation. He is admitted in Pennsylvania State Courts; U.S. District Court, Western District of Pennsylvania; U.S. District Court, Middle District of Pennsylvania; U.S. Court of Appeals, Third Circuit; U.S. Supreme Court; West Virginia State Courts; U.S. District Court, Southern District of West Virginia; U.S. District Court, Northern District of West Virginia; U.S. Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit. Mark is a 1976 Magna Cum Laude graduate from West Virginia University, Phi Beta Kappa. He is also a 1979 Duquesne University Law School graduate. Mark has been recognized as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer from 2009 to the present, and consistently ranked on the list of Best Lawyers in America. He has served on the Board of Make-A-Wish of Greater Pennsylvania and Southern West Virginia since 1996.
He and his wife Vicki live in Pittsburgh, and they have two grown children.
